On Wednesday, 29 November 2017, in the evening at 18:30, in Kaunas, on Taikos pr., at the junction with Kovo 11-osios street, an Audi A4 hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 29-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 62-year-old driver of the Audi (18 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
