On Wednesday, 6 December 2017, in the evening at around 18:00, in Kaunas, on A. Baranausko street near No. 19, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Renault Espace and a Mazda. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 72-year-old driver of the Renault (38 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. Both drivers were sober.
