On Friday, 8 June 2018, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Kaunas, on Birželio 23-iosios street near No. 15B, a Peugeot 307 hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. The accident was caused by the 67-year-old driver of the Peugeot (40 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. The driver was sober.
