On Sunday, 19 August 2018, in the evening at 20:10, in Kaunas, on Taikos pr., at the junction with Kovo 11-osios street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Nissan X-Trail and a Mercedes-Benz. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 46-year-old driver of the Nissan (23 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
