On Saturday, 8 September 2018, in the evening at 18:39, in Telšių district municipality, on Respublikos street near No. 13, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Seat Alhambra and an Opel Insignia Sports Tourer SW. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Seat, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
