On Thursday, 27 September 2018, in the afternoon at 15:25, in Kauno district municipality, Raudondvario village, on the Kaunas–Jurbarkas–Šilutė–Klaipėda national road (kilometre 13), a Seat Ibiza rolled over. One person was injured — a 3-year-old passenger of the Seat (severely injured, hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the Seat (9 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
