On Tuesday, 6 November 2018, in the morning at around 8:00, in Telšių district municipality, on the Šiauliai–Palanga main road (kilometre 69.23), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a vehicle and a Renault Premium 420. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who violated overtaking rules. He fled the scene.
