On Thursday, 15 November 2018, in the evening at 21:09, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Panevėžio aplinkkelis main road (kilometre 15.28), a KIA Motors Sportage registered in Latvia ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 44-year-old driver of the KIA Motors (8 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
