On Friday, 12 April 2019, at night at around 23:00, in Kaunas, on Jonavos street, at the junction with Jurbarko street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the Volkswagen Passat (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
