On Tuesday, 23 April 2019, in the evening at 19:30, in Kauno district municipality, Ramučių village, on Centrinė street near No. 56, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Rover 620 and a Mercedes-Benz E270. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 47-year-old driver of the Rover (5 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (2.57‰ blood alcohol). According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
