On Friday, 24 May 2019, in the morning at 5:22, in Raseinių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 146.65), a Ford Focus registered in Belarus ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 42-year-old driver of the Ford (23 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 130 km/h.
