On Tuesday, 10 September 2019, in the afternoon at 11:40, in Kaunas, on Šiaulių street near No. 18, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Passat and a Volkswagen Golf. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 70-year-old driver of the Volkswagen Passat (20 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He fled the scene.
