On Thursday, 13 February 2020, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Kaunas, on Karo Ligoninės street near No. 6, at the junction with Kaunakiemio street, a Peugeot 308 hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 49-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the Peugeot (5 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
