On Thursday, 12 March 2020, at night at 23:24, in Kaunas, on Liucijanavos street, at the junction with Kaimelės street, a BMW 320 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 17-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to choose a safe speed. She had no driving licence. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 30 km/h.
