On Sunday, 23 August 2020, in the evening at 18:46, in Kelmės district municipality, Paprūdžių village, on the Ryga–Šiauliai–Tauragė–Kaliningradas main road (kilometre 101.25), a Saab 9-3 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Saab (6 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
