On Thursday, 10 September 2020, at night at 4:15, in Kauno district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 107), a BMW 528i rolled over. One person was injured — a 19-year-old passenger of the BMW (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of the BMW (2 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
