On Tuesday, 10 November 2020, in the evening at 17:30, in Molėtų district municipality, on the Vilnius–Utena main road (kilometre 50), a Toyota Yaris rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the Toyota (21 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.52‰ blood alcohol). At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
