On Thursday, 12 November 2020, in the evening at around 19:00, in Raseinių district municipality, Berteškių village, on Laukų street, a Peugeot 406 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the Peugeot, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
