On Monday, 14 June 2021, in the afternoon at 12:20, in Šiauliai, on Vilniaus street, at the junction with Frenkelių street, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Volvo FH and an Opel Vivaro. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Volvo (10 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
