On Sunday, 17 October 2021, in the afternoon at 13:40, in Raseinių district municipality, Baukių village, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 143.50), a Lexus RX 350 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the Lexus (10 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 130 km/h.
