On Friday, 19 November 2021, in the evening at 19:25, in Kaunas, on Varnių street, at the junction with Panerių street, a collision with one vehicle turning left and the other right occurred. The collision involved a Volvo V70 and a Peugeot. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the Volvo (17 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
