On Saturday, 4 December 2021, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Kaunas, on Raudonojo Kryžiaus street, at the junction with Marijampolės pl., a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Volvo V50 and an Audi A4. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the Volvo (10 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober.
