On Sunday, 5 December 2021, in the morning at 6:10, in Kėdainių district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Aristava–Sitkūnai main road (kilometre 70.05), a Scania registered in Latvia hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 34-year-old driver of the Scania (12 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
