On Thursday, 16 December 2021, in the morning at around 10:00, in Kaunas, on Kalniečių street, at the junction with Žeimenos street, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved a Peugeot Boxer and a Toyota Avensis. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of the Peugeot (2 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober.
