On Thursday, 3 February 2022, in the afternoon at around 11:00, in Kaunas, on P. Višinskio street near No. 36, a Skoda Octavia Combi hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 49-year-old driver of the Skoda (19 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
