On Sunday, 26 June 2022, in the afternoon at around 13:00, in Šilutės district municipality, on the Šilutė–Užliekniai regional road (kilometre 4.93), a traffic accident occurred. The accident involved an Audi A6 registered in Great Britain, a Plandex and a MAN TGS. No one was hurt in the accident.
