On Friday, 28 October 2022, in the morning at 7:13, in Kaunas, on Rasytės street, at the junction with Jotvingių street, a Solaris hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 65-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 51-year-old driver of the Solaris (20 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
