On Saturday, 18 May 2024, at night at around 23:00, in Kaunas, on M. Riomerio street near No. 9, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Toyota Corolla and an Audi A4 WW. Audi S4. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of the Toyota (2 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
