On Tuesday, 8 March 2016, in the evening at 18:40, in Kaunas, on Gimnazijos street near No. 3, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Toyota Previa and a Renault Master. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 49-year-old driver of the Toyota (30 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction and failed to keep a safe distance. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
