On Friday, 23 June 2017, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Raseinių district municipality, Kalnujų village, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 173.50), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volvo V70 and a Mercedes-Benz CLS 350 CDI. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the Volvo (7 years of driving experience).
