On Sunday, 20 January 2019, in the afternoon at 16:45, in Kauno district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 105), an Opel Corsa hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the Opel (10 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
