On Wednesday, 23 October 2019, in the afternoon at around 11:00, in Kauno district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 91), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (4 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. All drivers were sober.
