On Friday, 29 November 2019, in the evening at around 17:00, in Kauno district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 88), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a vehicle and a Fiat Ducato. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
