On Monday, 13 January 2020, in the afternoon at 12:30, in Kaunas, on Draugystės street, at the junction with Pramonės pr., a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved a Seat Ibiza and a Fiat. One person was injured — a 20-year-old passenger of the Fiat (treated as an outpatient, was not wearing a seatbelt). The accident was caused by the 82-year-old driver of the Seat (2 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober.
