On Wednesday, 2 December 2020, in the evening at around 17:00, in Vilniaus district municipality, on the Vilnius–Utena main road, an Audi A6 Avant hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 35-year-old driver of the Audi (17 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the weather was clear, the road surface was wet.
