On Monday, 4 January 2021, in the evening at 17:10, in Klaipėdos district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 269.50), a Scania hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 61-year-old driver of the Scania (17 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations.
