On Tuesday, 2 February 2021, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Kaunas, on Jonavos street, at the junction with Jurbarko street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a BMW 320I and a Renault. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the BMW (3 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was snowing, the road surface was snow-covered. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
