On Sunday, 16 May 2021, in the afternoon at 13:54, in Šilutės district municipality, Macikų village, on the Kaunas–Jurbarkas–Šilutė–Klaipėda national road (kilometre 181.30), a Baotian Rebel 49 rolled over.
