On Friday, 17 September 2021, in the afternoon at around 14:00, in Kauno city municipality, on the Kaunas–Marijampolė–Suvalkai (kelio ruožo su skir. juosta d. pusė) main road (kilometre 3.90), a head-on collision occurred.
