On Monday, 30 May 2022, in the evening at 22:20, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 59), an Alfa Romeo Alfa Giulietta hit an animal. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the Alfa Romeo (11 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
