Drunk Audi driver and Peugeot moped crash on the Mažeikiai–Plungė–Tauragė road
On Saturday, 27 April 2013, in the evening at 20:31, in Mažeikių district municipality, on the Mažeikiai–Plungė–Tauragė national road, a collision with a moped occurred. The collision involved an Audi A4 and a Peugeot. One person was injured — the 21-year-old driver of the Peugeot (treated as an outpatient, had no driving licence). The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the Audi (7 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection.
