On Friday, 28 February 2014, at night at 3:30, in Kaunas, on Partizanų street near No. 82, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Mazda 323, an Opel Astra and an Opel Omega-B. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 17-year-old driver of the Mazda (less than a year of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (2.25‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
