On Tuesday, 16 April 2024, in the morning at around 10:00, in Kaunas, on Partizanų street near No. 82, at the junction with Pramonės pr., a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Ford Transit and a BMW. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 42-year-old driver of the Ford (18 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
