Drunk BMW driver hits a parked Subaru and flees on Kniaudiškių g., Panevėžys
On Saturday, 4 October 2014, in the morning at 8:31, in Panevėžys, on Kniaudiškių street near No. 69, in a yard, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred.
