On Friday, 3 July 2015, in the afternoon at 13:07, in Kauno city municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 101), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Opel Vivaro registered in Great Britain and a Renault Megane. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene.
