On Tuesday, 26 April 2016, in the afternoon at 11:39, in Elektrėnų municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 48), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the Toyota (9 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. Both drivers were sober.
