On Tuesday, 15 January 2019, in the afternoon at 11:59, in Šiaulių district municipality, on the Ryga–Šiauliai–Tauragė–Kaliningradas (kelio ruožo su skir. juosta d. pusė) main road (kilometre 65), a collision with barriers occurred.
