On Friday, 10 January 2020, in the evening at 17:51, in Kaunas, on Partizanų street near No. 2, a Volvo V40 hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 51-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 55-year-old driver of the Volvo (1 year of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. He was drunk.
