On Tuesday, 2 August 2022, in the afternoon at around 11:00, in Kaunas, on Kuršių street near No. 9A, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Nissan and a BMW. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 80-year-old driver of the Nissan (26 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene.
