On Monday, 30 January 2023, in the evening at 18:40, in Raseinių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 174.20), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Land Rover and a Volkswagen Crafter. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 36-year-old driver of the Land Rover (14 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
